Terms of Service

This public offer, hereinafter the “Offer” or the “Agreement”, is addressed to an indefinite range of persons by Limited Liability Company “Dream Life Soft” (original: ОсОО «Дрим Лайф Софт»), registered in the Kyrgyz Republic, INN 00508202610366, with its address at: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Pervomaisky District, Vasilyeva Street, 194 (hereinafter the “Seller”), which operates the online store at https://bmrp.rs (hereinafter the “Online Store” or the “Site”), and sets out the terms of purchase of digital content through the Site by an individual or legal entity (hereinafter the “Buyer”). The Seller’s details are given at the end of this document.

1. General provisions

  • 1.1. The Buyer reviews this Offer before paying for the order. Acceptance of the public offer is the payment of the order in accordance with Article 399 of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. From the moment of acceptance, the Offer is deemed a contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.
  • 1.2. This Offer, together with the information about digital content presented on the Site (description, prices, delivery terms), constitutes a public offer under Articles 396 and 398 of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
  • 1.3. Relations between the Buyer and the Seller are governed by the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic of 10 December 1997 No. 90 “On consumer protection”, the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic of 31 July 2025 No. 178 to the extent applicable, and other legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
  • 1.4. The Buyer may be any individual or legal entity able to accept and pay for the ordered digital content in the manner and on the terms established by this Offer, subject to the legal capacity requirements of the legislation. Minors purchase with the consent and under the responsibility of their legal representatives.
  • 1.5. This Offer is interpreted and applied in the form published on the Site, in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, which applies to all relations arising from this Offer. The choice of governing law does not exclude mandatory rules and the consumer rights arising from them.
  • 1.6. The Seller may amend the Offer by publishing a new version on the Site at https://bmrp.rs/legal/. The new version applies to orders paid after its publication; the terms of contracts already concluded remain unchanged unless the parties agree otherwise in accordance with the law.
  • 1.7. The Site does not offer or sell goods or services whose circulation is prohibited by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. The subject of sale is solely the virtual game content described in section 2.

2. Description of digital content and prices

  • 2.1. The subject of this Offer is digital content: virtual in-game units (“credits”) that are credited to the balance of a game account in the BMRP multiplayer roleplay project. Credits are used only inside the game to obtain in-game features and privileges; they are digital content, not physical goods.
  • 2.2. Credits are a virtual unit of account within the game. They are not electronic money, cannot be cashed out, resold, or exchanged for money or other property outside the game. Rights to digital content are granted as a simple (non-exclusive) licence to use it within the game in accordance with this Offer.
  • 2.3. Characteristics: form — a record on the game account balance; quantity — according to the amount selected in the top-up form; period of use — unlimited while the game account and the project exist; requirements — an existing BMRP game account and an internet connection. The rate of credits against the Kyrgyz som (KGS) and the available packages are shown on https://bmrp.rs/shop/ before the order is confirmed.
  • 2.4. All prices on the Site are stated in Kyrgyz som (KGS) and include all taxes required by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, where applicable. The final amount payable is displayed before the order is confirmed. The settlement currency between the Seller and the Buyer is the Kyrgyz som (KGS).
  • 2.5. At the Buyer’s request, the Seller must provide, by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at +996220928594, any other information needed to decide on the purchase.
  • 2.6. The Seller may change the price of digital content for future purchases. The price of a paid order is not changed unilaterally. If the price changes before payment, the Buyer is informed before confirming the order.

3. Ordering procedure

  • 3.1. The Buyer places an order independently on https://bmrp.rs/shop/: enters the game account identifier (account ID) and the server, selects the top-up amount and the bank card payment method, and confirms the order.
  • 3.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered (account ID, server). The Seller is not liable for crediting a wrong account due to incorrectly entered data, except where the law provides otherwise.
  • 3.3. Before proceeding to payment, the Buyer confirms that they are familiar with this Offer, the Refund and exchange policy (section 6) and the Privacy policy.
  • 3.4. The contract is deemed concluded when the Seller receives confirmation of payment of the order. The payment confirmation is proof of the purchase.

4. Payment

  • 4.1. Payment is made by non-cash transfer in Kyrgyz som (KGS) with Visa, Mastercard and Elcard bank cards through the secure payment page of an independent payment service provider (hereinafter the “PSP”). Availability of specific cards depends on the PSP and the card issuing bank.
  • 4.2. After the order is placed, the Buyer is redirected to the PSP payment page. Before confirming, check the amount, the currency and the purchase details, then enter the card details only on that page.
  • 4.3. Card data (number, expiry date, CVV/CVC) is entered only on the PSP payment page and is processed under the rules of the PSP and the payment systems. The Site does not collect, process or store full payment card data.
  • 4.4. If the bank requests additional confirmation (3-D Secure: one-time password, confirmation in the banking app), confirm it according to the bank’s instructions. Never disclose your PIN, CVV/CVC or confirmation codes to anyone, including the Seller.
  • 4.5. The amount and any PSP commission are shown before the operation is confirmed; the Seller does not charge any additional commission beyond the amount shown in the order. If the currency of the card account differs from KGS, conversion and any bank fees are determined by the terms of the Buyer’s bank.
  • 4.6. After payment, keep the operation number and the payment confirmation. The payment result is displayed by the PSP; the crediting of credits can be checked in the game account.
  • 4.7. If a payment is declined, check the card balance, limits and permission for internet payments, or contact the bank. If the money has already been debited, first check the operation status with the PSP or write to [email protected] to avoid paying twice. An amount debited but not confirmed by the PSP is returned to the card within the periods determined by the PSP and the bank.

5. Delivery of digital content

  • 5.1. Delivery is exclusively digital; there is no physical delivery. Credits are credited automatically to the balance of the game account specified in the order.
  • 5.2. The usual crediting time is up to 5 (five) minutes from the moment the PSP confirms the payment. In case of technical delays on the side of the PSP, the bank or the game infrastructure, the time may be longer.
  • 5.3. Delivery is deemed completed at the moment the credits are credited to the game account balance.
  • 5.4. If the credits have not been credited within 30 minutes after payment confirmation, the Buyer should write to [email protected] stating the account ID, the server, the date and time, the amount and the payment number (or a screenshot of the confirmation). The Seller checks the payment and, without delay, credits the credits or refunds the money in accordance with section 6.

6. Refund and exchange policy

  • 6.1. A refund request may be submitted in the following cases: (a) payment was made but the credits were not credited and cannot be credited within a reasonable time; (b) the same amount was charged more than once (duplicate charge); (c) digital content of inadequate quality was delivered (the credited amount does not match the amount paid) and the defect was not remedied; (d) in other cases provided for by the mandatory rules of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
  • 6.2. Withdrawal from digital content of adequate quality is carried out in the cases and in the manner provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, taking into account the nature of the digital content, the rights granted and the performance of the contract. Credits that have been credited and partly or fully used are not refunded, unless a mandatory rule of law provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
  • 6.3. Exchange: exchange applies only in case of a defect in the digital content and is carried out by repeated, correct crediting of credits in the appropriate amount. Digital content of adequate quality is not subject to exchange for other digital content, since there are no physical goods to be returned.
  • 6.4. How to submit a request: write to [email protected] with the subject “Refund” and state: the game account ID, the server, the date and time of payment, the payment amount in KGS, the payment (operation) number, a description of the problem and the requirement (refund or repeated crediting). We recommend attaching the payment confirmation. A request may also be submitted using the contacts given in the section “Seller details”.
  • 6.5. Deadlines: the Seller considers the request and informs the Buyer of the decision within the periods set by the consumer protection legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, and as a rule within 10 (ten) calendar days of receiving the request. If the request is granted, the money is returned without delay and no later than 10 (ten) calendar days after the request is approved.
  • 6.6. Method of refund: the refund is made through the PSP to the same bank card from which the payment was made, in the amount actually paid in KGS. If a refund to that card is impossible, the method is agreed with the Buyer and the PSP in accordance with the law. The time for the money to appear on the account depends on the card issuing bank and does not change the Seller’s obligations established by law.
  • 6.7. The Buyer is also entitled to request a refund where the Seller, without a valid reason, fails to deliver within the period set out in section 5, including the right to compensation for damage under the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. Liability of the parties

  • 7.1. The Seller is liable for non-performance or improper performance of its obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the paid order, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
  • 7.2. The Seller is not liable for the impossibility of crediting or using credits caused by circumstances beyond its control, including failures of the PSP, banks, communication networks and actions of third parties, or by the Buyer’s breach of the game rules, including blocking of the game account under the project rules. In such case, the Buyer’s rights under section 6 remain to the extent guaranteed by law.
  • 7.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for keeping confidential the details of their game account and payment card. The Buyer warrants that they use the payment card lawfully.
  • 7.4. The parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations if it results from force majeure in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. Dispute resolution

  • 8.1. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations. A prior claims procedure is mandatory: the Buyer sends a written claim to [email protected] or to the Seller’s address given in this document, and the Seller replies within 10 (ten) calendar days of receipt, unless the law provides for another period.
  • 8.2. If the dispute is not resolved through the claims procedure, it is resolved by the competent court of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. A consumer Buyer retains the right to apply to the competent state authority for consumer protection and to go to court in accordance with the jurisdiction rules established by law.

9. Miscellaneous

  • 9.1. The Seller may expand or reduce the range of digital content, regulate access to purchase, temporarily suspend sales and run special promotions. Such changes do not affect orders that have already been paid.
  • 9.2. In accordance with the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, order data is processed to conclude and perform the contract and to comply with legal obligations. Consent to informational and promotional messages is requested separately, stating the specific purpose and processing period; paying for an order does not replace such consent. Consent may be withdrawn by writing to [email protected].
  • 9.3. The Seller undertakes to keep the Buyer’s personal data and other information about the Buyer that became known in connection with performance of this Offer confidential, except where such information is publicly available, disclosed at the Buyer’s request or with the Buyer’s permission, or must be disclosed on grounds provided by law or at the request of a court or an authorised state body.
  • 9.4. BMRP is an independent roleplay project and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Inc. or Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.
  • 9.5. This Offer takes effect upon publication on the Site and remains valid until withdrawn or replaced by a new version. If any provision loses validity, the remaining provisions remain in force.

Consent to the processing of personal data of the website user

I, a User of the website https://bmrp.rs (hereinafter the “Website”), upon separate confirmation of the chosen purpose for which consent is required, hereby give consent to Limited Liability Company “Dream Life Soft” (ОсОО «Дрим Лайф Софт»), INN 00508202610366 (hereinafter the “Operator”), to process my personal data under the terms set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy available at https://bmrp.rs/legal/. Publication of this text and payment of an order do not in themselves constitute consent. Processing based on a contract or on another ground provided by the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic is carried out without requesting consent.

List of my personal data for the processing of which I give consent:

  • – e-mail address;
  • – IP address and technical browser identifiers (User-Agent, language, timestamps);
  • – cookie and local storage identifiers associated with my browser;
  • – other data only to the extent specified in a separate request for consent for the chosen purpose.

Purposes of processing personal data:

  • – informing the User by sending e-mails and messages (informational and promotional messages from the Operator);
  • – concluding, performing and terminating civil-law contracts and service notifications — on a contractual basis, without requesting consent;
  • – providing the User with access to the Website and its features — on a contractual basis to the extent necessary;
  • – conducting marketing research;
  • – collecting pseudonymised statistics on User behaviour on the Website to improve the Website and its content through web analytics services (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika, TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel) — only with consent to cookies.

I permit the Operator to carry out automated processing, as well as processing without the use of automation, of the following actions with my personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, pseudonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Term of consent: from the moment the User provides personal data with their consent until the purpose of processing is achieved or until the User withdraws consent / the Operator receives a request to stop processing, unless a different period is provided by a contract or applicable legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

By this consent I voluntarily provide personal data (e-mail address) without transferring biometric data. When using images and data of a game character, I take into account that they may constitute personal data; their processing is governed by the Policy. The Operator does not collect, process or store the full bank card number or CVV/CVC. Payments are accepted and processed through an independent payment service provider (PSP), which independently ensures the collection, processing and storage of this data in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

Withdrawal of consent: the User may withdraw consent at any time by sending a notice to the Operator by e-mail at [email protected] with the note “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data” and stating the details needed to identify the record. Withdrawal must not be more complicated than giving consent and does not stop processing on another lawful basis.
